Floor & Decor is hiring a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) in Shoreline, WA. You will be the first and last interaction with customers, greet them, assist with projects, process purchases at the POS, and handle returns with a focus on exceptional service.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The role requires basic math skills, a customer-service mindset, and willingness to travel to other stores for support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products, and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
