Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a friendly cashier/customer service associate to greet customers, assist with projects, and handle checkout experiences with accuracy and courtesy.

You will manage basic transactions, returns, and exchanges, while upholding safety standards and company policies. This role supports both full-time and part-time schedules in a vibrant retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
