Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Operate check stand equipment to process transactions and scan items.
• Engage in suggestive selling and other sales techniques.
• Handle cash, checks, gift certificates, and refunds following policy.
• Maintain knowledge of product locations, prices, and UPC codes.
• Keep the check stand area clean, stocked, and safe.
• Fulfill duties at self-checkout lanes or customer service as needed.
• Follow laws and company policies for restricted items and vouchers.
