Job summary

Tuscaloosa Ford is hiring a Customer Service / Call Center Representative to join their team. This full-time position offers excellent benefits and a fun working environment without cold sales calls.

Responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a positive relationship with fellow teammates. Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills and a valid driver’s license.

• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Follow up with customers as needed to reset any missed appointments
• Participate in team and process training sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize our computer tracking system daily.
• Previous Customer Service experience a plus!
• Excellent computer skills a must
• Valid Driver’s License required
