Job summary

Tuscaloosa Ford is seeking experienced Service Advisors/Service Writers to join our award-winning service team in Tuscaloosa. You will greet customers, create and manage work orders, communicate with technicians, prepare estimates, and finalize invoices, while supporting other store duties as directed by management.

• Previous experience in the automotive trade or a passion for Parts and Mechanical knowledge would be an asset.

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
