Job summary

Olivenhain Municipal Water District is seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative I. This at-will role handles all customer service matters for the District, supports the District Strategic Plan and safety programs, and ensures professional interdepartmental relations.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in a service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and use a PC with Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet visitors, directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Process customer payments, mail, and maintain office supplies.
• Prepare forms, notices, schedules, and reports using software.
• Interact with customers and resolve inquiries using district policies.
• Generate delinquent notices and billing-related communications as needed.
