Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and accurate billing.
• Support Sales and Service Departments to build customer base.
• Gather information about customers for Sales Representatives.
• Check policy on new contracts received.
• Process sales discounts and enter into Sales Scorekeeper.
• Set up new maintenance contracts for billing.
• Maintain manual spreadsheets for large customer accounts.
• Work with leasing companies to correct billing issues.
