Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance; resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
4. Recommend items, process transactions, and handle returns and refunds.
5. Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and displays.
6. Assist with food safety, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
7. Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up responsibilities.
8. Comply with policies and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
9. Complete assigned tasks and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Additional Information

• Compensation: $15 - $17.50/hour.
• Full-time employment, not applicable seniority level, other job functions.
