Responsibilities

2. Register sales accurately, provide courteous and efficient checkout service.
3. Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
4. Model customer service best practices, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
5. Assist with store operations such as maintaining cleanliness, inventory management, and merchandising.
6. Process transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including asset protection and product placement.
8. Provide photo services and web pick-up assistance.
9. Participate in store maintenance and special assignments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Additional Information

• Compensation: $15.5 - $17.5/hour.
