Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience, engaging customers and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
2. Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout services, including registering sales, handling returns, and maintaining store cleanliness.
3. Recommends products, manages inventory, and maintains store displays.
4. Assists with food safety, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
5. Follows company policies, ensures legal compliance, and maintains respectful coworker relationships.
6. Participates in training and personal development activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

• Compensation ranges from $15 to $17.50 per hour, depending on various factors.
