Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provides fast, friendly, and efficient service, recommends items, and processes transactions including refunds and exchanges.
- Keeps the store organized, maintains inventory, and ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assists with store displays, resets, and product placement.
- Provides photo area services and web order pickups.
- Maintains store cleanliness and appearance, and completes assigned tasks.
- Attends training sessions and is willing to work flexible hours.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: Six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
