Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
6. Provide fast and efficient service, recommend items, and process transactions including returns and refunds.
7. Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and displays.
8. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
9. Assist with food product placement, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
10. Operate store systems and equipment, and provide photo and web order services.
11. Perform other tasks and special assignments as needed.

Training & Personal Development

1. Attend training sessions and complete required learning programs.
2. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
3. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
4. Prefer at least six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Additional Information

• Location: San Francisco, CA (consideration for qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records per local ordinance).
• Salary: $15 - $17.50 per hour.
