Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommend items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items.
- Process transactions, including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and take inventory.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Assist with store displays, food separation, stock rotation, and restocking.
- Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up responsibilities.
- Assist with store maintenance and adhere to company policies.
- Complete training and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: Six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
