Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions.
- Shares customer service best practices with team members.
- Provides fast, friendly service, recommends products, and handles transactions including returns and refunds.
- Keeps store clean and organized, manages inventory, and maintains store appearance.
- Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws.
- Constructs displays, assists with stock rotation, and maintains store systems and equipment.
- Provides photo services and web order fulfillment.
- Maintains store cleanliness and adheres to policies and procedures.
- Completes assigned tasks and participates in training and development.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Additional Information
- Hourly rate: $16.35 - $18.
