Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Recommends items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion products.
- Processes transactions including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintains store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and inventory records.
- Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
- Ensures compliance with laws on regulated products.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up orders.
- Maintains store appearance and complies with company policies.
- Completes assigned tasks and participates in training and personal development.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
