Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members.
- Provide fast and friendly service, recommend items, and process transactions including returns and refunds.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Assist with food separation, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
- Provide photo services and handle web pick-up responsibilities.
- Complete training and participate in personal development activities.
- Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
Additional Information
- Position is full-time, not applicable for seniority level.
- Compensation ranges from $15 to $17.50 per hour.
