Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommends items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items.
- Processes transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Keeps store clean and organized, manages inventory, and maintains records.
- Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Assists with store displays, resets, and product placement.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up orders.
- Maintains store appearance and adheres to company policies.
- Completes training and development activities as required.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
