Responsibilities include:

1. Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items, process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance.
• Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
• Assist with store displays, food separation, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
• Provide photo area services and web order fulfillment.
• Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and complete assigned tasks.

Training & Personal Development

• Attend training and complete required PPLs.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
