Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Recommends items for sale and trade-up or complementary products.
6. Handles transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
7. Maintains store cleanliness, stocks shelves, and manages inventory.
8. Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws on regulated products.
9. Assists with store displays, resets, and product placement.
10. Provides photo services and web order fulfillment as part of customer service.
11. Supports store maintenance and adheres to company policies.
12. Participates in training and personal development activities.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
2. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
3. Preferred: Six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
