Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Models and shares customer service best practices, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provides fast, friendly service, recommends items, and handles transactions including returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Keeps the store clean and well merchandised, maintains inventory, and ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assists with product placement, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web order pickups.
- Participates in training and personal development activities.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer at least six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Additional Information
- Compensation ranges from $15 to $17.50 per hour.
