Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
4. Recommends items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items.
5. Handles transactions such as voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
6. Maintains store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and inventory records.
7. Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
8. Provides customer service in the photo area and manages web pick-up responsibilities.
9. Assists with store maintenance and adheres to company policies, fostering respectful relationships with coworkers.
10. Completes training and other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
