Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
4. Recommends items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items.
5. Handles transactions, including cash collection, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
6. Keeps store clean and well merchandised, manages inventory, and maintains records.
7. Ensures compliance with legal regulations and company policies, including asset protection and product placement.
8. Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web order pickups.
9. Maintains store appearance and performs other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, non-applicable seniority level.
• Pay rate: $16 - $18/hour.
