Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
4. Recommends items for sale and suggests trade-up or complementary products.
5. Processes transactions including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
6. Maintains store cleanliness, organizes shelves, and manages inventory.
7. Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
8. Creates and maintains displays, assists with stock rotation, and manages product placement.
9. Provides photo services and handles web pick-up orders.
10. Supports store maintenance and adheres to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Additional Information

• Role is full-time, non-applicable seniority level.
• Pay range: $16 - $18 per hour.
