Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions.
- Share customer service best practices with team members to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide fast, friendly service, recommend products, and process transactions including returns and refunds.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and displays.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including asset protection and regulated products.
- Assist with food product placement and stock rotation.
- Operate store systems and equipment, and provide photo and web order services.
- Support store maintenance and uphold respectful coworker relationships.
- Complete training, work flexible hours, and possess prior retail experience, preferably with Walgreens.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (excluding Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
