Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions.
4. Share customer service best practices with team members to ensure a positive experience.
5. Provide fast, friendly service, recommend products, and process transactions including returns and refunds.
6. Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and displays.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including asset protection and regulated products.
8. Assist with food product placement and stock rotation.
9. Operate store systems and equipment, and provide photo and web order services.
10. Support store maintenance and uphold respectful coworker relationships.
11. Complete training, work flexible hours, and possess prior retail experience, preferably with Walgreens.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
