Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including greeting, offering assistance, and resolving issues.
2. Register sales, process transactions, and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
3. Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and displays.
4. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including asset protection and regulated product laws.
5. Provide customer service in various areas, including digital photo services and web order pickups.
6. Assist with store maintenance and complete special tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
