Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provide fast, friendly service, recommend items, and handle transactions including returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and resets.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Assist with food separation and product placement, stock rotation, and restocking.
- Operate store systems and equipment, provide photo services, and fulfill web orders.
- Assist with store maintenance and adhere to company policies, fostering respectful relationships.
- Complete any additional tasks or special assignments as directed.
Training & Personal Development
- Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
