Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Share customer service best practices with team members.
6. Provide fast, friendly service; recommend items and process transactions.
7. Maintain store cleanliness, assist with inventory, and ensure compliance with policies.
8. Support store operations including merchandising, product placement, and store maintenance.
9. Attend training sessions and complete required personal development tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Additional Information
