Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Willing to work a 40-hour week with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Assist in scheduling a service, taking a payment, or updating customer files.
• Communicate effectively to determine issues and provide resolutions.
• Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
