Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our North Attleborough, MA team, delivering a friendly shopping experience and assisting customers with questions, transactions, and product recommendations.

You will maintain store cleanliness, stock, unload shipments, and support daily store operations while emphasizing safety, courtesy, and effective communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
