Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in North Easton, MA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload shipments, and keep the store clean and safe.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience is preferred. You will be supported by a team-focused environment with opportunities to grow and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
