Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. This is a part-time role based in Marlborough, MA, focusing on assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. You will work with a friendly team and be expected to maintain professional interactions while supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, and stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
