Job summary

TransPak in Newark, CA seeks a Customer Service Representative (Level I) to support internal and external customers with order status and product knowledge.

You’ll work with planners and sales teams, manage emails, and process orders, changes, and returns while maintaining timely communication. A high school diploma and 1–2 years CSR experience are preferred, with strong communication and time-management skills.
