Sensient Technologies Corporation is expanding its Colors Group and seeks Customer Service Representatives to support existing customers. You will work with teams to ensure on-time deliveries, respond to inquiries, and handle orders, quotes, debits and returns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Strong communication skills, able to capture details and communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and poise.

Responsibilities

• Manage order administration, processing, follow-up, contract review, and customer requests for multiple business units.
• Process customer transactions (orders, quotes, debits, credits, returns) accurately.
• Coordinate with planners, shipping, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
