Dollar Tree Stores INC. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will assist with front-end duties as needed, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and help ensure accurate cash handling at the register.

The role requires lifting 30–50 lbs, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow instructions. This is a part-time position based in Lemoyne, PA with opportunities to grow within the store team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store service preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
