Dollar Tree Stores in Savannah, GA is looking for a friendly and positive Customer Service Associate II to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in receiving merchandise, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. A high school diploma and previous retail experience are preferred.

You will play a vital role in creating inviting shopping experiences and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. while maintaining excellent customer and team interactions. We offer various perks including employee assistance programs and retirement plans.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsabilidades
