Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assist with cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
