Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will be cross‑trained to support the cash register and front‑end duties as needed, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service in retail, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Strong math, organization, and communication skills are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
