Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Raynham, MA is hiring for a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, help customers, stock merchandise, and ensure a clean, welcoming shopping environment. You’ll be cross-trained to assist at the cash register and Front-end duties as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), previous retail/customer service experience, strong communication and math skills, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet physical work demands.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
