Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High level of integrity; basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
