Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers, in an inviting and well‑kept environment. You will be cross‑trained to support the cash register and switch to front‑end duties as needed, while upholding safety, integrity, and outstanding service for every shopper.

This is a part‑time role at our Aurora, CO location, offering opportunities to grow while contributing to a positive customer

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent movement is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and floors to maintain a neat store.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
