Responsibilities

• Perform residential or light commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve customer problems professionally and promptly.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Handle parts and equipment delivery/return for service tasks.
• Maintain accurate service records and collect payments when required.
• Communicate with dispatch to keep a current status of activities.
