Lowe's is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate in-store in Texas to greet customers and assist with home improvement needs. You will help customers find products, answer questions, and process orders, while supporting stocking and merchandising tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood cutting, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
