Job summary

Lowe’s in Texas is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find the right products, and ensure a friendly shopping experience. You’ll engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and help with locating items.

This role offers exposure to multiple departments, opportunities to learn trade skills, and a focus on teamwork and service as you support store operations and checkout flow.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for basic tasks.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic ability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise for customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
