Lowe's in Lorain, OH is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find the right products, and deliver friendly, professional service throughout their shopping journey.

You will assist customers with locating merchandise, stock shelves, and process orders and deliveries accurately. You may cross-train in other departments to enhance the customer experience and support bilingual and veteran talent within the team.

Qualificações

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds (team lifts allowed).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
