Lowe's in Chambersburg, PA is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for home improvement projects.

You will assist with locating and handling merchandise, replenish stock, process orders and deliveries, and support store teams across departments to ensure excellent service. This role offers a path to growth through training programs and benefits.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
