Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to input, access, modify information.

• Strong reading, writing and basic arithmetic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department-specific merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
