Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or equivalent
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform required duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with help when needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (paint, pipe, wood, blinds, etc.) according to needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
