Job summary

Lowe's Stores is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, locate products, and provide helpful, friendly service across departments. You’ll assist with merchandise handling, stocking, and checkout, while delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

Experience with basic computer tasks and mobile devices is required; bilingual skills are a plus. This role includes varying shifts, a fast-paced environment, and the chance to grow with Lowe's.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers locating and handling merchandise and load as needed.
• Replenish shelves and ensure products are stocked and organized.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties.
