Job summary

Lowe’s in New York is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You’ll engage daily with customers, help locate merchandise, and ensure their needs are met, working with a friendly, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
