Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival
• Cross-train in other store areas to support best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise for customer needs (e.g., paint, hardware, lumber)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
